About Synthetic Alexandrite

Synthetic alexandrite is lab-created chrysoberyl, with essentially the same chemical composition and crystal structure as natural alexandrite. Its characteristic colour change is usually green to bluish green in daylight and red, purplish red or raspberry tones under incandescent light.
