Return Policy

14-Day Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery, based on the delivery date recorded by the shipment tracking system. You do not need to provide a reason for returning the gemstone.

Please contact SwissGemShop before returning an item so that we can provide the necessary return instructions.

Condition of Returned Gemstones

Returned gemstones must be in their original and unchanged condition. They must not have been modified, damaged, set into jewellery, treated, recut, polished or otherwise altered or manipulated.

Refund

A refund will be processed only after the gemstone has been received by SwissGemShop and inspected. We will verify that it is the gemstone originally supplied and that it remains in its original condition.

If these conditions are met, the purchase price of the gemstone will be refunded. There is no restocking fee.

The original CHF 15 shipping fee is non-refundable, except where reimbursement is required by applicable mandatory consumer law.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend a secure and trackable shipping method. The returned gemstone remains the customer's responsibility until it has been received by SwissGemShop.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws applicable to your purchase.
