Worldwide Shipping from Switzerland

SwissGemShop ships gemstones worldwide from Switzerland using standard postal services. We do not normally use courier services.

To keep shipping simple and transparent, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 15 per order, regardless of the destination.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 5 days after payment has been received. As soon as your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Tracking and Insurance

Our shipments include tracking. Any insurance or compensation for loss or damage is limited to the coverage provided by the postal or shipping service used for the shipment.

Customs, VAT and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or the CHF 15 shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures and delivery times may vary from country to country and are outside the control of SwissGemShop.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination and the postal services involved. SwissGemShop cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once a shipment has been handed over to the postal service.
